- Note: Handmade and custom pieces may take slightly longer. Shipping delays may occur during high-demand periods.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Qalaakar ships worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We’re proud to share our artful fashion globally.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because many of our items are handcrafted or made-to-order, cancellations or changes are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. Please reach out immediately to our support team at support@qalaakar.com or via live chat.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces, bleach art, and hand-painted items are final sale due to their unique, artistic nature.
Are Qalaakar designs made by hand?
Yes! Many of our pieces feature handmade details—including bleach art, fabric painting, and custom dyeing. No two pieces are ever exactly alike—your item is a wearable piece of art.

Do you offer exchanges?
